Threat of Trump
- The world still isn't ready to accept homosexuality of the LGBTQ community a whole
- There are still so many stigma, hate and prejudice against the community
- Countries/continents leaders still practice the spread of hate
- Attacks still happen every day and people are hundreds are killed unlawfully each year because of their sexuality - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_unlawfully_killed_transgender_people
These issues are something I might explore within my design. Although these are a WW issues are aren't directly related to Leeds, they are still relevant within the gay community which is a global thing.
Ideas
1. Use Russian design and typography to illustrate the current struggles there - reclaiming their design and putting a positive political twist.
